Waterfront is scenically located between a canal and the river Chelmer in the brand new Waterside development. 500 new homes have already been built with another 1000 planned over the next 10 years.
Waterfront is a historic coal shed built 100 years ago. A modern extension was added 30 years ago for a restaurant. We have planning permission to turn it into a church building with a hall for 230 people, a community space, kitchen, outdoor seating area, meeting rooms and offices.
Alongside the church will be a new coffee shop; the first community space in this growing new development.
